Riverside Dentist Chad DDS

I’m Dr. Chad a general dentist in Riverside.  I graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.  Since graduation, I’ve spent countless hours furthering my education in the fields of implantology, reconstruction and cosmetics, orthodontics, lasers, and sleep apnea.  I’ve dedicated my career to offer the highest quality of service with the best technology available.  There are fantastic and amazing benefits of technology that are advancing dentistry like never before and I do my best to implement what’s best for my clients.    I’m a fellow of the International Congress of Implantologists, an associate fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute, and am currently working on my fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.  I’m a member of many other societies which include the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, .

My wife Jane and I have a lovely daughter Olivia who keeps us on our toes!  We enjoy volunteering at our church, travelling (our baby has logged in quite a few flight hours already), and just hanging out at Disneyland.  We try to stay active with ski trips, hiking, and participating in Olivia’s favorite activities which include swimming and gymnastics.

I try to treat all my clients as if they were my own family members.  In fact, many of the procedures I recommend for clients I’ve had done on myself too.  And most of the preventative measures that are used in the office are my favorite tools that I myself use at home and give to my family members.  And last but not least, I’m honest.  I’ll let you know what needs to be done, what can wait, and what things may be possible.  Once you join the practice, you become part of our dental family.

Practice Features
I pride my office in having the best staff in the Inland Empire.   Each team member is highly trained in their field and we spend many hours every year in constantly upgrading our capabilities and skills with advanced education.  They’re all friendly and genuinely care for their client’s comfort, safety and health.  Because of the level of care delivered by our team, many clients feel like family.

The office is equipped with the latest technology available.  We have a variety of lasers for gum disease treatment, cavity detection, and removal of decay.  The CEREC 3D machine allows us to fabricate crowns and onlays in the office while you wait, eliminating the need for a 2nd cementation appointment.  As life gets busy, who needs to spend more time at the dentist?  Digital x-rays help greatly reducing the amount of radiation exposure.  Magnification through the portable loupes and wall mounted microscope help improve the quality of dentistry by seeing problems which are difficult to visualize without any magnification.  We even have the capability to confirm appointments via text messaging and email if the client prefers.  Invisalign treatment allows patients to straighten teeth without braces and for the difficult cases, we have access to an orthodontist who uses precision computer fabricated wires which can cut treatment time in half.  We use the highest quality dental labs with the best trained technicians and use implants from the largest and most successful manufacturer.

Because the best dental checkup is the one where no work is needed, our goal is to achieve that for all our patients with the latest in preventative services.  We are one of the few offices that offer the Carifree line of products which focus on reducing the natural occurring acidity in the mouth which can overcome even proper brushing and flossing in many instances.  For those that are especially prone to decay, we can offer fluoride trays and prescription only pastes and rinses that can help boost the strength of teeth.  And with laser cavity detection, we can repair teeth when the damage is small, hopefully avoiding the necessity of future crowns, root canals, and broken teeth which need to be extracted.

With all the technology available, you’d think the office may look like a sterile hospital.  However, the office looks more like an inviting country club rather than a dental office.  Couches and a flat screen TV are in the waiting room along with juice, water, coffee and tea.  After your appointment, you can refresh yourself with a hot scented towel.  The staff and myself do our best to make the visit as comfortable and painless as possible.

As you may know now, comprehensive care is the goal of the office.  Because of my advanced and diverse training, I feel confident in my abilities to develop a game plan that makes sense for my clients.  And if I run across a case that is extremely difficult, I have close relationships with the best specialists in the area.  I’m also a member of several advanced dentistry study clubs where dentists can all bring their difficult cases to brainstorm and help develop proper treatment plans.  With such a wealth of resources to draw upon along with my own advanced training, my clients can receive the best care and planning possible.  Come visit the office and experience the difference for yourself.
